The waiting, anticipating, hoping
it won’t hurt, yet knowing that it will, can just drive a girl crazy. After she has
been spanked though, standing in the corner is a time for interpersonal
reflection on what she can do differently next time in order to avoid the pain
and shame of standing there with her reddened bar bottom on display. How
embarrassing.
Expressions of my developing talent as a spanker were clearly spelled out
years ago when I constructed my first wooden paddle. I really got into it, feeling the
energy as I cut the general shape of the paddle with a band saw. Then I
used a jig saw for touching up the curves, followed by a drill press for making
those holes in the paddle. Then I used a file to make those holes smooth.
Finally I used a belt/disc sander to smooth things out. I always aim for precision and accuracy in my
craftsmanship.
Over five years ago I purchased some
rubber bands, which I actually
sometimes use just for exercising.
These days my favorite hairbrushes are these three
Kent Hairbrushes. However, going back in
time, this this hairbrush
I have had with me since my early days of college, and today I still have it. Years latter, the
cultural trend regarding hairbrushes used for brushing hair, was to move away from the good
old-fashioned wooden backed hairbrush which were perfect for applying to a
misbehaving girl's bared backside. This
plastic hairbrush is good for spanking,
probably better for combing hair though.
Gradually over the years I began to collect
more objects designed specifically for spanking. I figured that it
would be a good idea to keep these together in a
shoe box. As life got more complex, so
too did my tool kit. Hence that need for an
ottoman to store things. But let's
unpack things so that
we can display my
paddles.
Aside from paddles that are clearly designed for spanking, some times is it
the more ordinary and mundane items around the house,
small and
large, that make
for wonder paddles as well.
